Hyosung engine assembly at DSK plant :

DSK Motowheels will take care of the assembling part of the GT250R in its Wai plant at Maharashtra. DSK which was doing the fitting work of completely built engine to the CKD units of Hyosung’s currently available bike models in India, will begin engine assembly at the Wai plant soon.

So we can expect the prices of the existing models of Hyosung bikes to go down by a fair bit once when DSK begins the engine assembly process.

Moreover, Hyosung’s next launch in India, the GT250R will have its engine assembled in India. This will allow the DSK Garware to give it a competitive rate to compete with Japanese players like Honda CBR250R and Kawasaki Ninja 250R.
